As Insurance companies go, they try and save every penny and you end up holding the bag. I was pleasantly surprised that after a very costly emergency operation with my dog, that they paid basically the entire thing, minus the office fees. I thought somehow they would nitpick and I would end up paying most of it but in the long run they paid most of it. I am very pleased with that and them..
