I was initially happy with the coverage as most of our visits to the vet were covered. As time went on, the reimbursements were not as substantial. That said, I am satisfied as at least I'm getting some monies back from what I spend on the "fur child." Read the fine print or contact Pets Best. They are very good about answering questions, concerns.
