I have filed 2 claims with this company. First one took 30++ days to process...totally unacceptable!! My current claim (routine sickness/injury)
filed six months after the first claim I am informed of a 25/30 day process timeline.
COME ON!!! Hire some help, do something. It's funny when I am billed you get a "DUE DATE" for payment but when you file a claim you get your money "WHENEVER" we get to it. Hope I have to never file a large claim (in the thousands). NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!
