Pets Best has always reimbursed claims as stated. I have never had an issue with the coverage or a dispute over a claim. Time frame to issue reimbursements has almost tripled since August 2019. A problem when a client has spent/charged large amounts for vet care. I thank and commend Pets Best for quickly reimbursing the two claims related to the collapse and euthanization of my sweet ten yr old cocker spaniel. Pets Best, and the claims person handling those final claims have my heartfelt thanks. I recommend Pets Best as being with them for 5 years has been an anchor in my life and the life of my rescue cocker. Thank you.
