I have only been with this company for 6 months. The company had great reviews stating prompt payment. I made my first claim and expected prompt payment. Took a month. The vlaim was just a routine vet visit nothing unusual. I emailed company because I tried calling and waited over an hour with noone answering. After I hung up really annoyed because I thought the claim reimbursement time was way over the 10 days they estimated. My response to my email was an auto generated response saying they apologized for the unusually long time its taking. This was approcimatrly two weeks after my claim. About 3 weeks I tried calling again half hour on hold no response. I emailed again got same auto generated reply. I make my payments on time and exoected my reimbursement in thr time frame that was quoted. I realize things get busy but to have no response be unable to reach by phone and my response in email is the same auto generated response to each of my emails is really unacceptable. I guess i need to find a new pet insurance. This was not a big bill less than 300 but i would not want to wait a month for a big expense nor should I hsve to whether a large amount or small. And to be unable to contact this company by phone is again unacceptable. The emails being auto generated same email to each inquiry is alarming.
