Would have been 5 stars. But no contact on a filed claim for ROSIE. Have this insurance for several years. Always recommend to others. Got a new pup. Filed claim for service of shots wellness and small surgery. Received apology for late response. Then no contact. No I have not called customer service.
Prompt service should have been notified on claim that is close to one month old.
