We've been with Pets Best since 2008 and have been pleased overall. They have usually had very fast turn around for claims submitted and usually have gotten reimbursement checks to us quickly. I have noticed that claim processing times are getting longer in 2019 with claims I submitted in November taking almost 4 weeks to be processed. I do wish they had a higher coverage limit for things such as veterinary acupuncture and chiropractic. Only 2 at-home acupuncture sessions in my area meets the coverage limit for the year. We are debating about continuing with our insurance policy for 2020 as the premium for our senior dog will now be over $5,600 for the year.
