Since the change in insurance offering, the coverage is not as good and it takes a long time for bills to be processed. I think it was a better value before the change in insurance offerings. Less coverage for more money. I may shop around. I really like the people at Pets Best...they are Pets Best Friends which is why I would like to stay with Pets Best. Sadly, It may become a luxury I can no longer afford.
