Very good insurance however the downside is they take a long time to process claims. They indicate quick turn around for claim processing however it really takes 30 days or longer. I liked the fact that my vet can submit the bill however the very first time I did this the claim was paid after 30 days and now my vet won't submit anymore due fo the lengthy processing time.
