I would have loved to give 5 starts, because PetsBest certainly has provided quality services in the past, but lately it has been lagging behind. These past few months have been very challenging with Winston's surgery and subsequent monthly shots...so my expectation was to receive my reimbursement in a timely manner, but so far everything has had at least a 1 month timeline, which really impacts my abilities to properly cover Winston's expenses. I normally have a set budget for Winston's monthly expenses, as well as a minor emergency fund, but that was set with the expectation that reimbursements would arrive within 2 - 2.5 weeks...not 4 - 5+ weeks. So this is creating a scenario where some of my other bills get pushed back to help mitigate this delay. I'm not happy about that. So far i have not heard of any changes or at least plans to make changes related to this short-coming. I'm staying because i really don't have a choice. If i leave...other insurers will not cover his existing allergy shots, so i'm really hoping you take this message to heart and really work on this issue, so you don't have a reluctant customer...rather a happy/satisfied customer.
