Overall, very pleased. This was my first claim on this policy. Would have rated 5 stars except the time for the claim to be settled and reimbursed was almost 2 months. I understand medical records were reviewed but the time to process kept getting extended. Hopefully the processing time will improve going forward now that they have my dog's medical history on file.
