Have been a customer for 3 yrs. Pets Best used to be efficient but during the last 1 1/2 yrs, customer service has fallen off. Takes more time to reimburse claims ( over 3 weeks on average ) and there was a substantial increase of $22.00 more per month on my monthly premium. To make matters worse, I had to endure a appeal process on 6 claims that took over 60 days to settle.
Not really happy with Pets Best any more.
