They do everything in their power to not help you. Even with my vet verifying multiple times that they had all the information for my claim, Pets Best tried denying my claim by looking it to another claim I made months earlier for a separate issue and said they were the same. Currently, the vets administrators are going after Pets Best on my behalf.
You'd be better off getting no insurance for your pet. Go look into trupanion, ASPCA, our Nationwide.
