For the most part I love Pets Best! Super easy to use and a great service overall. My only critique is that I called to lower the coverage for my dog because money was a bit tight and the associate didnt' tell me that if I did so I wouldn't be able to raise it later. I tried to call and raise his premium and wasn't allowed-would have been nice to know that before I did it.
