At the beginning, this insurance seemed to be worth the money, but at this time I'm not sure I will continue as both the speed of responding to claims and the coverage seems to have declined. Where claims used to be tended to within the month, this last claim took a month and a half and came back with many gaps. The coverage level for my pet is not the lowest level—I pay more for more services, but don't seem to be seeing them. For example, the particular antibiotic prescribed to my pet is clearly stated as covered in the list of covered medications, but this last claim came back without reimbursement. Not sure what I'm paying for if the claim responses are lagging so much and reimbursing so little.
