I've had Pets Best Ins since 2012. My latest claim took 3 months to complete. My initial claim was rejected due to an invalid reason so I had submit an appeal while doing the underwriter's job of collecting additional information from the Vet. The medical records were never requested during the first review.
I won't be renewing my policy.
