The insurance is good overall as far as coverage goes, however the time it takes to get reimbursed for the covered expenses has gotten longer. In the past, I was very satisfied with the turnaround time on getting reimbursed but lately, it takes over a month to pay out for an expense that has been covered previously. For these types of recurring costs, the reimbursement should not take that long. Overall, the insurance is acceptable, but I would like to see improvement on the time frame it takes to pay out a claim.
