I used to think of PetsBest as the best. I talked about it to everyone and even distributed brochures. Sad to say their service has gone down hill since being bought by Synchrony Bank. They still pay the claims but now instead of getting your money within 2 weeks in the mail it is at least a month and that was with direct deposit. .
Really sorry to see them slipping like this when before they were excellent.
