I have been a client of PetsBest for many years and they have always been fantastic. However lately the amount of time from when you submit a claim until you receive your reimbursement has gotten significantly longer and is disappointing. I pay every month on time for the insurance and I don't feel like it should take 35+ days for me to receive reimbursement.
