I love the coverage I have with Pets Best insurance. I have it deducted through my payroll which is very convenient. I submitted a claim and received a fair amount of money back which I appreciated. It was directly deposited into my bank account which was very easy to set up. My only complaint I have is that it took a very long time to process my claim. I did appreciate the apology email they sent me about that though. Overall, a very good experience.
