Got to say that 2 months to process a claim should be unacceptable. Reply from owner is always we are working as fast as we can. There is never any mention of resolution. If CareCredit/Synchrony owns this company, I would think they would have the resources. To me this equates to paying cash for a car, then having the dealer tell you it will be delivered in a couple months. In the meantime, thank you for the use of your cash.
