I almost provided a 5 star review. The only issues that we have is the length of time it takes to process claims. Pretty much every time we process a claim, we get an email that there will be delays. The most recent claim took just over 30 days. It's no the end of the world, and claims are reviewed fairly and in line with policy expectations, so really we are very happy with the quality of the insurance. It just seems that if you have had long delays for at least a year, something needs to be improved. Aside for that, it's a great plan.
