Unfriendly claim policy. Been a client for a while and basic claims such as vaccinations, checkups etc have never been claimed as per expectations. We pay $65 per month and have never got value for our money. Will discontinue it ASAP and go ahead with Nationwide.
Not recommended for caring pet parents or lovers.
