I have had Pets Best for 11 years. The best part of having this insurance is how quick they paid claims. The reason I did not give a 5 rating is because they are now taking over a month to pay the claims and they have increased the premiums significantly every year especially the last 3 years due to all the claims they have had to pay out from policyholders.
