Most claims should not require medical records anyway. Emergency exam, giardia testing, allergy exam, cytology, apoquel Rx, none of these need medical records. And the fact that Panacur is not “on the formulary” is a joke. If my claims are not processed in the next week, I’m going to contact the department of insurance. Once these claims are wrapped up, I’ll likely drop the coverage.
