Have always covered what my pet needs. When I’ve called to clarify or verify what may be covered they have always been very pleasant and helpful. My only gripe is that recently it has taken much longer for claims to be processed. It used to only take about 10-14 days but now it may take more like 30-40 days. As I’ve had unexpected medical conditions with both my dogs I’m really glad I chose pets best.
