Positives: Covers most things and gives a decent refund for vet visits
Cons: HUGE wait times. I have a chronically ill dog and majority of the time I'm out of hundreds of dollars for 40 days at a time until my claim is processed. I've been so hesitant to bring my dog when she's sick because of how long it takes to process a claim. Customer service has been pretty rude or just plain unhelpful. It's been over a year since I could have a claim processed in under a week. It's an insane wait time.
