I really want to love this pet insurance. My first claims were paid quickly but since then, they take at least a month. I received an alert that claims were taking longer to process because of volume, one in the fall and then again in the winter. Premium cost is not high, paid claims are fair, and the pet helpline is great. I wish claim payment was as fast as my first 8 months.
