Very satisfied with Pets Best! Some friends have other pet insurance that often leaves them very disappointed with how little is actually covered. The claims process took longer than expected, but once it was approved money was in my account by the next day. Very relieved and while I hope I don’t have to use their services often, I’m assured that if my adventurous, disease magnet pup gets into trouble, they will be there for us!
