We keep policies on our dogs to insure against costly accidents or catastrophic illness. The repayment is pathetic for routine but covered expenses. A recent vet visit to check my dog's sprained shoulder generated a $178 dollar bill. After my $100 deductible, Pets Best reimbursed us $7 and denied the rest of the expenses.
