Everything is perfect with Pet's Best EXCEPT the length of time to process claims. It is ridiculous....@ five weeks Pet Plan, a rival, processes them in days! Luckily, I can afford to not worry about being reimbursed in a timely fashion, but I am sure a lot of people are not. This will inevitably cost you business
