great pricing and customer service. I really appreciate the 24/7 Veterinary Support. The only thing I don't like is that it takes over a month to process the claims. If you can't pay for Veterinary care up front, and wait 45 days to be reimbursed, this is not the company for you. other than that, I'm satisfied.
