A little disappointed. I recently euthanized my dog and wasn’t aware that they don’t cover any of that expense. I’m sure they have it in small print somewhere and can prove it’s explained but I wasn’t aware and it’s really messed up to realize you just put you dog down for an insane amount of money, had never used his insanely expensive insurance and now aren’t getting anything refunded. Pet insurance isn’t like human insurance and I don’t think the benefit outweighs the cost at all.
