I was always so happy with Pet’s Best and recommended this insurance to a lot of people. Now I am so highly disappointed in them. I have been a customer the last 6 1/2 years and always got my reimbursement back in 2-3 days. Now it’s like 40 days. But they always debit my account every month on time for the premium payment. Pet’s Best better get their act together and start reimbursing like they used to. If I need pet insurance again, I don’t know if I’ll go with them or another pet insurance as I’m sure a lot of people feel the same way I do. I am retired with a limited income and cannot way this long to be reimbursed.
