I had a pleasent experience with my recent claims with pets best. I have 2 cats and a pup on the policy which I pay just under $80 per month for and when my pup got sick a vet visit of $340ish and an emergency visit of $1,200ish was overwhelming. After the claim, my share of co-pay and my deductible, I got just under $1,000 back which was super helpful. The process took longer than I expected, however when I called the representative for an update she was kind and helpful. Also, it is a plus that you do not have a time limit to make the claim, I made the two claims together even though they happened about 2 weeks apart because I realized that I could not hold the financial responsibility of both too well.
