For the most part, Pets Best has been very good. Usually processes claims quickly, etc. However, the cost of this insurance has gone up exponentially each year my dog ages. Probably by next year, it will be beyond my means to continue it. Most years I barely use it, but as my dog ages, I will surely need it more then. And by then, I won't be able to afford it. I know insurance is a game of "risk." But I feel pet insurance companies -- Pets Best included -- pass on far too much of that "risk" to the loving pet guardians.
