I had 8 claims with petbest last 2 months (2puppies). Our first claim was taken a long 6 weeks to reimburse. But after that they were shorted the time to 4 weeks then last one was only 2 days. I’m really impressed with their latest reimbursement time. I guess they finally have more agents to sort out claims. And they are the most reasonable cost pet ins around.
About a month ago my 10 months old puppy had to spent 4 days in emergency Vet hospital cost $2400. Pet beat reimbursed three week later 90%. Takes a awhile but you will get your reimbursement
