I’ve never had Any problems with the customer service and timeliness of payment; when I called this past time I was really disappointed. The girl that answered didn’t bother to ask me the name of my pet, my name, and sounded like I was really just interrupting her and whatever she was doing. She was very disinterested in helping me with any of my questions that I had, I was just really not happy.
