This has been the worst experience yet. It took 2 months with ongoing issues of documentation and communication. I kept receiving incorrect emails about the status. If customer care had been better at communicating, it would have been so much better. There were emails I sent that I didn’t even get a response to. When I called, staff were perfectly friendly but it didn’t solve the case. Unclear what’s going on at Pets Best, it’s never been like this, but I probably tried to figure my claim with 4 or 5 different people.
