Had Pets Best for several years for our late cat Jet and our late dog Ava. A very competitive pet insurance company exceeding customer service and satisfaction more so than many other companies. Only regret was when our dog Ava had to be put down because her Cancer consumed her and our Vet came to the house to perform that service, Pets Best would not cover that part of the Vets bill approx. ($180). I'm assuming now, had we taken Ava to the Vet's office for that same service it would have been covered by our policy. Even though Ava was too sick to travel there and it was so much more compassionate for the Vet to come to us that day.
