Based on my plan, I've gotten back every dime I was entitled to. But it takes 40+ days to get your money. Customer service is excellent as well. As long as you don't mind waiting, you get everything you'd want. Just a year & half ago, I got my check within 2 weeks. Uncertain what changed, maybe a few more hires would help.
