We were getting a puppy and started thinking about Pet insurance. We checked out many and decided on Pets Best. One of the reasons we chose PB was there customer service rep that I spoke to. She was so kind, quick to answer my questions, knew the answers, was not rushed in her answers. Since we have gotten our puppy we have made our first claim. The app is very user friendly! Extremely happy!
