Only reason I give them 4 stars is because I am very new. I switched from another and so far I am happier with pets best. They’re not only the most affordable pet insurance, but they also have a very good customer service and filing a claim is easy. It took a few weeks to get my money but I’m hoping that’s because it was my first time.
