I've used Pets Best since 2018 and have been overall very happy with them. I feel that they are clear and transparent about their coverage and even if I don't love every aspect (like their policy on dentals) , my claims have always been processed in a way I feel is fair. I was even pleasantly surprised to "win" an appeal on one claim decision that I didn't agree with (and there has only been one that I've disputed after filing dozens of claims). The only reason i don't give 5 stars is because the claim processing time went from about 5 days turnaround to a month or more starting last year. It seems to be getting better, but waiting weeks and weeks can get frustrating, especially with larger claims. But overall, I think Pets Best are pretty great and I am really happy that I found them.
