I had high hopes for this company after reading things online. Only later to find out those write ups were by the company itself.
I purchased the best wellness plan for my dog. Took her for a first time well check up and was denied the reimbursement for the well visit because the vet gave us some anti bacterial spray for a small rash on her tummy. The company decided the visit was medical IT WAS A WELL CHECKUP/FIRST TIME OFFICE VISIT
