I am very unhappy with how my claims have been handled. I submitted vet bills for the first time for my two kittens.
Pets Best requested additional information from the veterinarian, then closed the claim when they did not receive a reply. I called my veterinarian and they had no record of a request for information.
The customer service reps are pleasant on the phone but my concerns are not addressed. I’ve called numerous times regarding a large bill and after several months I still have not received reimbursement.
Once again they closed the large claim without any reimbursement (amount is well above my deductible).
