Pets Best is very helpful, polite, and patient whenever I have a question. When I submit my claim, I like how they email the status of my claim at each stage of processing. I send my claim by snail mail which means processing takes longer, but a claim can be faxed which shortens their response time. I look forward to and have learned a lot from reading their newsletter, Dog Dish. I would definitely choose Pets Best again as a pet insurance and would recommend it to friends.
