I’ve been very happy with Pet’s Best. Their response time and ease of filing claims is excellent. I don’t understand how things are classified as illness/injury, and wish we could change our policy without having to completely cancel it. However, I’ve been happy enough to recommend Pet’s Best to friends and clients
