Have had PetsBest insurance for almost 8 years. Claims have been quickly processed and I'm grateful that I'm able to get the care my dogs need without too much stress financially. I like the amount of customization they offer on policies too. I do wish they offered more coverage for chiropractic/acupuncture now that my dogs are older and benefit so much from those treatments.
