I have tried to reach them on numerous occasions in regards to my cat and I have not gotten a response. My pet has a doctors appointment coming up and this needs to be rectified before I can go to the appointment and I have sent emails and phone calls sent the necessary paperwork and you guys have still not changed it and if it is not changed my claim will be rejected and I’ll be responsible for something that you did not update. I haven’t even been a member for a month yet and I’m already dissatisfied
